Health and Wellbeing

I really do try to look after myself but like most parents I often put myself last. I know a lot of parents struggle with this. Your gut instinct is to put the kids first and that is only natural. Some days I eat the kids left overs and drink way too much coffee. Some weeks I don’t do any exercise and stay up way too late. 

After having my third baby, little Tess I have found it hasn’t been as easy to shift that extra weight or to dedicate that extra time to looking after myself.

However I never lose sight of the fact that my family need me to be fit and well so I regularly try to pull myself into check and get my butt in gear.
